Precision Dating President Arlie Dubois spent most of the 1980s living in Italy and traveling to France, Spain, Israel, Cuba and points in between playing basketball for the United States Navy. His adventures abroad fostered a desire to work with people in the public sector. He worked for several national companies before landing a life-changing position at Great Expectations. At the time, the popular dating service was the largest of its kind, with more than 50 centers operating across the U.S. Arlie had a knack for making matches and soon became a company shareholder. He gained knowledge and experience working with singles at more than 30 centers as well as consulting with other successful in-person and online dating services.

While he's thankful for his apprenticeship at Great Expectations, Arlie believes that the larger dating services have forgotten an integral part of their business model – people. He imagined an upscale dating service that provided members with the personalized attention and support they deserved. A place where singles were only introduced to singles who were thoroughly screened and serious about meeting someone special. He launched Precision Dating and since then the company has helped hundreds of singles meet (and sometimes even marry!).
